Terms of Service

By downloading, purchasing, claiming a free key, or using Project Sheldon – the loader, the external, the LuaVM, the website and Discord login – you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not download or use the software.

Sheldon breaks Roblox's rules by nature. Using it can get your Roblox account punished, and that part is on you (more in section 04).

Every license is personal and for one person only. Don't share your key, don't post it anywhere, and don't let a friend "just try it real quick".

• One device at a time: Your license locks to your device the first time you use it. You can't use the same key on two devices at once.
• Resets are limited: You only get a couple resets for PC changes or a new device. Sharing, lending, or passing your key to someone else is not supported.
• Timer starts at claim: The countdown starts when you first claim / activate the key, not when you buy it. Unclaimed keys just sit paused.
• Lifetime means Sheldon's lifetime: Lifetime lasts as long as I keep Sheldon alive and updated. If the product ever shuts down, lifetime ends with it.
• Free keys count too: Keys earned with balance or playtime are real licenses – same rules apply.

Play fair. Don't mess with Sheldon itself, and don't try to cheat the free rewards – one person ruining it ruins it for everyone.

• Don't mess with the app: No patching, cracking, or messing with Sheldon or its loader in any way. If I catch it, you lose access.
• No farming free stuff: One person, one reward. No alts, no VPNs, no tricks to get around daily / weekly limits. Trying to farm it costs you your balance and your access.
• Don't abuse anything: No spamming or abusing the site, the claim pages, or the app.

Sheldon is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind. You use it entirely at your own risk.

I am not responsible for any action taken against your game account – including suspensions, bans, or deletions – or for any lost items, data, or other damage resulting from your use of the software. Undetected today does not mean undetected tomorrow, I never guarantee that.

If you break these terms I can remove your access completely, without a refund.

Sheldon breaks whenever Roblox updates. Expect maintenance, downtime, and broken builds sometimes – that's normal, not a refund reason.

I respect your privacy. I only keep the bare minimum needed to run licenses, stop abuse, and hand out free keys. Nothing is ever sold or shared with anyone.

• Hardware ID: The only device identifier I use is your HWID, and only to lock your license to your device for verification.
• Discord login: If you log in with Discord I keep your basic Discord info so your licenses and dashboard work.
• App usage: I keep basic info like when your license was used and how much playtime you have, just so licenses work and free rewards can be counted.
• Abuse prevention: If something looks like abuse or cheating the system, I may keep a note about it so I can review it later.
• Purchases & claims: I keep a history of purchases and free claims to enforce limits and stop multi-account abuse.
• Device fingerprint: To prevent the same person from claiming the first-key bonus with multiple Discord accounts, I store a hashed combination of your IP address and a browser fingerprint (canvas, WebGL, audio, screen and timezone data). Only irreversible hashes are stored – never raw IPs or signal values. No fingerprint is used unless you consent, and consent choices are final once saved.
• Cookies: A consent prompt appears when you first visit. "Sure" enables the fingerprint above; "No" disables it and is recorded permanently server-side so it can't be flipped by clearing cookies.
• What I never collect: No telemetry, no screenshots, no file contents outside the LuaVM SandboxEnv, no Roblox passwords or tokens.

Every purchase grants you a personal license to use Sheldon. You need to be logged in with Discord to buy, and your keys show up on your dashboard.

Because licenses are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed manually by me on a case-by-case basis. Crypto payments can't be reversed, and some crypto orders need manual review so delivery can take a bit.

Downtime, a Roblox update breaking Sheldon for a few days, getting yourself banned, or regretting your choice are not refund reasons.

Purchasing a license with the intent to refund or reverse the payment (chargeback) is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban with no refund.

You may not crack, decompile, reverse-engineer, leak, or bypass Sheldon, its loader, or its licensing system.

You may not share, lend, or resell your personal keys. Only authorized resellers listed in the reseller directory may sell Sheldon.

Violating these terms will result in immediate termination of your access, without a refund.

If you buy from a reseller, only trust authorized resellers listed in the reseller directory. Keys from random DMs, servers, or shops are buy-at-your-own-risk – I can't replace bad keys.

If you are a reseller, you follow the reseller rules too: accurate store info, no scamming buyers. Breaking them gets your reseller account removed.

I may update these terms when Sheldon changes. The newest version on this page is the one that counts, and continuing to use Sheldon after an update means you accept it.

If something is unclear, open a ticket in the Discord server and ask me before doing it – way better than getting banned after.
